OH MY TABLE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Oh My Table website and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. PRODUCTS
We carefully curate all products for quality and design. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to craftsmanship and screen differences.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or courier availability.
Oh My Table is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners but will assist in resolving any delivery issues.
5. EXPRESS DELIVERY
2-hour express delivery is available in selected Dubai areas only and subject to availability.
Delivery time begins once the order is confirmed.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.
Customized or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
8. LIABILITY
Oh My Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
10. PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
