OH MY TABLE — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

EXPRESS DELIVERY — DUBAI ONLY
We offer 2-hour express delivery across selected areas of Dubai.
Orders must be placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM GST for same-day express delivery.
Delivery time is counted from the moment the order is confirmed.
Express delivery is subject to courier availability and traffic conditions.
STANDARD DELIVERY — UAE
Orders outside Dubai are delivered within 1–2 business days depending on the destination.
Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY FEES
Express Delivery (Dubai): AED 25–40 depending on location.
Standard UAE Delivery: AED 15–30 depending on location.
Free express delivery on orders over AED 300.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or peak periods.
We will notify you via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.
If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Oh My Table is not liable for indirect damages but will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.
