Due to the fragile and curated nature of our items, we accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging at:
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• change of mind
• incorrect selection
• minor variations in color, shape or size (many pieces are handmade and unique)
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
